1. This NOC is issued for the purpose of re-registration of the vehicle in the State of Delhi.

2. The buyer must apply for re-registration at the destination RTO within 30 days from the date of purchase.

3. The vehicle shall not be used for any commercial purpose unless re-registered as a commercial vehicle.

4. Valid insurance must be maintained at all times during transit and after re-registration.

5. The buyer is responsible for payment of applicable road tax in the destination state as per prevailing rules.

6. Original RC (Registration Certificate) must be submitted at the destination RTO along with this NOC.

7. This NOC becomes void if:

   • Not used within the validity period
   • Any information provided is found false
   • The vehicle is involved in any criminal activity
