Conditions for Transfer

  1. The transfer charges as mentioned above shall be paid by the transferee before the transfer is effected.

  2. The transferee shall submit the following documents:

    • Registered Sale Deed (certified copy)
    • Stamp Duty and Registration Receipt
    • PAN Card copy
    • Aadhaar Card copy
    • Passport size photographs (4 nos.)
    • Membership application form
  3. The transferee agrees to abide by the Bye-laws, Rules, and Regulations of the Society.

  4. The original Share Certificate shall be surrendered, and a new Share Certificate will be issued in the name of the transferee.

  5. This NOC is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  6. This NOC is issued solely for the purpose of sale/transfer and shall not be used for any other purpose.
