Conditions for Transfer

The transfer charges as mentioned above shall be paid by the transferee before the transfer is effected.

- Stamp Duty and Registration Receipt
- PAN Card copy
- Aadhaar Card copy
- Passport size photographs (4 nos.)
- Membership application form

The transferee agrees to abide by the Bye-laws, Rules, and Regulations of the Society.

The original Share Certificate shall be surrendered, and a new Share Certificate will be issued in the name of the transferee.

This NOC is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

This NOC is issued solely for the purpose of sale/transfer and shall not be used for any other purpose.
